Job summary

Hagerty Insurance Agency is hiring an AI Agent Developer to design, build, and refine AI agents that handle member interactions across quoting, policy service, and claims. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, shape conversation flows, and ensure secure integrations with Hagerty systems.

You’ll work with Sierra platform, no-code/low-code tools, and automated testing to deliver reliable agent behavior and measurable improvements in member satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production.
• Ability to read APIs, understand data models, and discuss tradeoffs.
• Experience with no-code/low-code or declarative tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Lifecycle from scope to production launch.
• Design conversational flows and evaluate agent performance.
• Integrate agents with internal systems and APIs using secure auth.
• Maintain release snapshots and ensure regression coverage.
• Lead QA, monitoring, incidents, and continuous improvement.
