Job summary

Swimlane is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and scale Agentic AI systems for enterprise security automation. You will work at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, security automation, and distributed systems to create production-ready AI solutions that drive real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities include building multi-agent systems, AI copilots, and autonomous workflows, with emphasis on tool usage, memory management, and orchestration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on GenAI experience in production.
• Strong Python, .NET (C#) and TypeScript skills.
• Experience building multi-agent systems, copilots and AI-powered automation.
• Familiar with LLM orchestration and memory/planning architectures.
• Knowledge of enterprise RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design production-grade Agentic AI applications for enterprise security automation.
• Develop and deploy multi-agent systems, AI assistants, chatbots, and autonomous workflows.
• Build intelligent agents with tool usage, planning, reasoning and memory management.
• Optimize enterprise RAG pipelines using vector DBs and retrieval systems.
• Integrate systems via MCP tools, APIs and enterprise data sources.
• Work with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and security teams to deliver capabilities.
• Evaluate new AI frameworks and orchestration technologies.
