Job summary
ServiceNow is seeking a senior technical leader in California to own the hardest agentic escalations and shape architectural decisions across Now Assist, AI Agents, and governance. You will work with customers and field teams, maintaining a calm, credible voice while driving reliable, scalable AI deployments.
You will set technical standards, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and Engineering to harden agentic capabilities before production go-lives.
Qualifications
- Deeply fluent in ServiceNow platform and modern agentic AI capabilities.
- Experience leading high-stakes technical escalations and customer engagements.
- Ability to translate complex issues into actionable architectures and plans.
Responsibilities
- Own the hardest agentic escalations and drive path-to-green for at-risk go-lives.
- Lead cross-functional resolution efforts with account teams, Product, and Engineering.
- Provide consulting-grade technical architecture for Now Assist, AI Agents, and governance.
- Set architectural direction for enterprise-scale reliable agentic AI deployments.
- Elevate team technical excellence and codify reusable escalation playbooks.
- Serve as a strategic conduit between field escalations and Product/Engineering.
