Job summary

Arable is a fast-growing startup that combines sensing hardware, data science, and software to help growers optimize water use and yields. As Senior Product Manager for AgTech, you’ll own end-to-end product execution across hardware, firmware, data, and software.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, translate customer needs into clear requirements, apply lean and agile methods, and drive initiatives from discovery to launch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AgTech, building or managing technical products for agriculture.
• 5+ years in product management, including 3+ years in fast-growing startups.
• Demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly, take ownership, and drive execution with limited guidance.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working in lean, agile, and iterative development environments.
• Experience spanning hardware, firmware, data science, and software.

Responsibilities

• Own product execution from discovery and development through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, data science, software, operations, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Turn customer and business needs into clear product requirements and actionable initiatives.
• Apply agile and lean methods to support rapid iteration and keep teams aligned.
• Work directly with growers and agronomists to understand workflows and inform product priorities.
• Use data to guide decisions, validate product direction, and measure results.
