You will build strong relationships with high-value clients, ensure lending guidelines and regulatory compliance, and analyze market trends to align services with evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agribusiness, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum of one year agricultural lending or commercial banking experience.
• Experience working with farmers, ranchers, or agribusiness clients preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow agricultural loan and deposit portfolio with high-value clients.
