Job summary

You will apply Agile and Lean principles to mature the Capability Operating Model and deliver improved alignment, transparency, and outcomes across large, complex environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading agile transformations or coaching organizations.
• Experience implementing Product or Capability Operating Models within complex organizations.
• Experience coaching senior leaders, product organizations, and cross-functional teams through organizational transformation.
• Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, product-centric delivery, Agile operating models, and continuous improvement principles.
• Executive coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, workshop delivery, organizational change, and Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Enable and mature the Capability Operating Model in partnership with TDIO leadership.
• Define scalable agile ways of working aligned to culture, governance and objectives.
• Design templates, playbooks, cadences, intake models, dashboards and METRICS.
• Coach Capability Owners and Agile Leads on product-centric delivery and adoption.
• Facilitate prioritization, roadmapping, capacity planning and dependency management.
• Promote continuous improvement and organizational agility across teams.
