Job summary

Arcfield seeks an experienced Agile Systems Senior Technical Specialist to lead and execute agile activities within a dynamic GEOINT program environment. The role focuses on guiding agile planning, coordination across teams, and delivering capabilities using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe approaches with Atlassian tools.

The candidate will act as a key interface among leadership, technical leads, and stakeholders to enable governance, transformation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced defense

Qualifications

• Must possess TS/SCI Clearance with Poly.
• Experience leading large-scale agile programs as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Solution Train Engineer.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe scaling frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools.
• Servant leadership with ability to coach and mentor technical teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving acquisition environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate agile transformation activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee agile program planning, documentation, and artifacts.
• Facilitate large-scale planning events and synchronize across solution trains.
• Align agile efforts with long-term program goals and vision.
• Identify dependencies, impediments, and manage release cadences.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and stakeholder engagement.
