Job summary

CACI is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join the BEAGLE ASF Team in Northern Virginia, supporting CBP. You will guide delivery of government systems, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure alignment with customer Product Owners.

The role requires 7+ years of government contracting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with a geographically distributed team. U.S. citizenship and CBP clearance may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience, particularly on government contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or related field (or experience in lieu of degree).
• Strong Agile Scrum delivery and project facilitation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team to achieve daily, iteration, and release goals.
• Implement, enforce and continually improve Agile/Scrum practices.
• Provide mentoring and training for the team on Agile processes.
• Serve as the leadership proxy for the team.
• Gather and monitor team metrics and ensure DoR/DoD adherence.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for defects post-Done.
• Identify and remove impediments to shield the team from external disruption.
• Seek opportunities to improve processes and team performance.
