Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master roles, project management, or related leadership positions.
• Minimum 5 years facilitating Scrum teams in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing complex technology, cloud, digital transformation, or software development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and organizational standards.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives.
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Lean principles.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery performance.
• Coordinate dependencies among teams, vendors, and stakeholders; monitor risks and support release planning.
