Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Champion in technical fields.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies within DoD/aerospace programs.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery metrics and Earned Value Management data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile teams.
• Facilitate ceremonies: Increment & Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Demos, Retrospectives, Risk Reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with objectives.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting velocity and delivery.
• Promote Agile and Lean practices to improve value delivery.
• Provide transparency with velocity, burn-downs, risks, and dependencies.
