You will guide Agile teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality. The role requires hands-on Scrum Master or PM experience and a passion for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Scrum Master certification preferred.
• 5+ years with software development teams.
• 3+ years leading teams as Scrum Master or PM.

Responsibilities

• Project manage software development teams through lifecycle.
• Ensure projects meet requirements and quality on time.
• Coach teams in Agile practices and remove impediments.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
• Identify issues/risks and drive resolution.
• Report sprint, release, and project status.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
