Job summary

Insight Global is seeking two experienced Project Managers to deliver strategic technology initiatives across Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and Digital Pharmacy. You will drive end-to-end software delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong Agile/Scrum experience, ownership mindset, and excellent communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or hybrid PM/Agile delivery roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects within technology organizations.
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and software development projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, QA, Delivery Leads, Portfolio Leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
