Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks an Agile Project Manager III to lead agile project execution for DoD mission requirements. You will manage performance, schedule, and budget while applying Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methods in coordination with program leadership.

This role requires an active Secret clearance and 10+ years in PM or operations, with strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 10+ years of related professional experience in program/project management, business analysis, or program operations support.
• Experience applying Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to plan, execute, and refine project deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop IMS, resource-loaded work plans, and risk registers to track program execution.
• Support program operations, liaising between technical teams, functional areas, and leadership.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses and implement process improvements to enhance performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and dashboards to measure execution against QA and PRS standards.
