Job summary

Ampcus Incorporated is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager in Washington, DC to lead complex software development initiatives end-to-end. You will drive agile practices, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of professional software delivery, hands-on requirements analysis and technical documentation, and a proven track record as Scrum Master or PM managing contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience performing the duties outlined above in a professional environment.
• 8 to 10 years of demonstrated experience with increasingly complex software development initiatives.
• 6 to 8 years of experience as an agile project manager of increasingly complex software development initiatives.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in requirements analysis and technical documentation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or as a project manager in an Agile environment, managing contractors, consultants and./or vendors, as well as coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters or project managers.
• 3 to 5 years of experience developing and managing project budgets.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft Project.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field or have equivalent
