Job summary

DEFTEC Corporation seeks an Agile Program Manager to oversee contract execution and champion a high-performing Agile delivery environment. You will interface with Government leadership, track capacity and backlog in Jira, and drive continuous improvement across teams.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance, at least five years of Agile program management, Jira proficiency, and an advanced Agile credential. DEFTEC offers comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Five+ years of program management experience leading Agile teams in federal or commercial environments, with 3+ years in the past five years.
Experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
Direct experience with Agile management tools, specifically Jira.
Current, recognized advanced Agile credential.

Responsibilities

Utilize enterprise Agile tools (Jira at a minimum) to track capacity, backlog, velocity, and dashboards.
Lead the contract effort and interface with Government leadership.
Drive continuous improvement with measurable Agile adoption metrics and identify inefficiencies to reallocate capacity.
