Potawatomi Federal Solutions in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead the APS contract effort, manage an enterprise capacity pool, interface with Government leadership, and drive the transition to a task-based, outcome-focused Agile delivery model. The role requires hands-on Jira experience, measurable flow/velocity management, and dynamic resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PM professional certification (PMP) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated program management leadership.
• Experience leading Agile teams in federal or commercial environments.
• Hands-on Jira experience tracking capacity and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APS contract effort and interface with Government leadership.
• Build and manage a flexible enterprise capacity model.
• Own Agile operating cadence from intake to retrospectives.
• Use Jira as the primary control environment for work tracking and dashboards.
• Provide real-time visibility into velocity, cycle time, and blockers.
• Institute clear Definitions of Done and repeatable Agile processes.
• Drive Agile adoption across contractors and Government stakeholders.
• Mentor stakeholders on backlog management and capacity-based delivery.
