Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Agile Project Owner Senior to serve as the customer proxy between the business and Scrum teams. You will translate features into user stories, manage and prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements and acceptance criteria.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Product Management to coordinate releases, validate outcomes, and ensure delivery provides measurable business value for sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years of writing business/functional requirements and Agile experience.
• Leading SAFe certification (SA), CSPO or SPO/PM strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate features into complex user stories and maintain the team backlog reflecting stakeholder priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog to ensure delivery aligns with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as Product Management proxy and coordinate releases with the business and Scrum teams.
