Job summary

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks an Agile Product Owner Sr Leads in Jacksonville, FL to lead all product owners and own the end-to-end team execution strategy from inception to production for new features functionality and enhancements. Collaborating with Product Managers to ensure the successful delivery of Zelle and Bill Pay feature functionality to the market.

Utilize Jira, Visio, MS Project and Aha to plan, track, and manage complex projects; drive the modernization of Zelle including AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience with Zelle/Bill Pay and end-to-end payment processing.
• Experience with PCI compliance, real-time payments, and Agile backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all product owners and own end-to-end team execution from inception to production.
• Develop roadmaps and timelines; drive migration of technology stack to AWS Cloud.
• Oversee Zelle front-end, Zelle APIs, ACH, PayNet integration and risk engines.
• Coordinate with fraud/risk tools to deliver unified front-end for Retail and SMB.
• Prioritize backlog items and conduct PI planning with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain KTLO/BAU operations, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
