Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Product Owner Lead to drive product development within Agile value streams in Jacksonville, FL. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable backlogs, mentor Product Owners, and champion continuous improvement to maximize customer and business value.

In this hybrid role, you will own PI Planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams, ensuring predictable delivery and alignment

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Product Owner/Manager in Agile/SAFe environments
• Ability to translate business strategy into prioritized roadmaps, epics and features
• Leadership in PI Planning, prioritization, dependency management and delivery execution
• Influence stakeholders and build consensus across business, technology and product groups
• Experience mentoring Product Owners and promoting Agile practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive and operational levels
• Experience defining and tracking OKRs, delivery metrics and value realization
• Proven ability to manage risks, capacity planning, and delivery predictability in large programs
• 12+ years in Product Ownership/Management or related leadership roles across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Execute the product roadmap aligned to strategic objectives, customer needs, and market priorities
• Manage product backlog and refine with Product Manager to maximize business value
• Lead Agile planning activities including PI Planning, sprint planning, forecasting, and prioritization
• Ensure clear priorities, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations for teams
• Drive predictable delivery by maintaining a well-prepared backlog
• Foster alignment across cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Product Owners and Agile teams
• Promote Lean-Agile best practices and continuous improvement across value streams
• Lead retrospectives and process optimization to improve backlog quality and delivery efficiency
• Champion customer-centric thinking and value realization across initiatives
• Monitor risks, dependencies, capacity, and delivery predictability across programs
• Use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and outcomes
