Riverside Research Institute seeks a full-time Product Owner to support NASIC at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You’ll engage with stakeholders, prioritize PED software requirements, and guide development across multiple teams, applying Agile methods and cloud architectures.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in systems engineering/architecture with DoD/IC experience, and hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). Top Secret clearance with SCI is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering/architecture development and technical project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile development and product ownership practices.
• Security clearance and ability to work with DoD IC programs.

Responsabilités

• Engage stakeholders to understand NASIC PED software, architectures, and networks.
• Prioritize requirements and advise development teams as Product Owner.
• Communicate product vision, goals, and deliverables to developers and government customers.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to apply common architecture solutions.
• Advise on cloud integration and DevSecOps practices.
