Job summary

Riverside Research seeks a full-time Product Owner to support NASIC PED at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will translate stakeholder needs into prioritized requirements for cloud-enabled software architectures, coordinating multiple dev teams and aligning with DoD/IC goals.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI adjudication, a strong systems engineering background, and extensive experience in agile product ownership and technical leadership within national security programs.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• 8+ years’ experience in a mix of systems engineering/architecture development and technical project management.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand NASIC PED software architectures, networks, and delivery needs.
• Prioritize requirements and advise developers as Product Owner.
• Communicate product vision, goals, and deliverables to developers and government customers.
• Advise on cloud integration and cloud-native architectures for software products.
• Coordinate across multiple development teams to align architecture solutions across NASIC enterprise.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex projects spanning hardware and software.
