Chenega MIOS is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead project execution and agile delivery within federal contracting programs in the Washington, DC region.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and apply PMI-ACP/CSM/SCM/CSP principles to drive program objectives while maintaining a strong focus on delivery excellence and customer success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years experience.
• 5+ years of experience.
• SCM or CSP certification required.
• Secret clearance required.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate team priorities, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track project performance, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
• Remove delivery impediments and promote collaboration across project teams.
• Communicate status, decisions, and performance information to leadership and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile and project management practices consistent with PMI-ACP, CSM, SCM, or CSP principles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Conhecimentos

Secret clearance

SCM or CSP certification

5+ years of experience

PMI-ACP/CSM knowledge
