Job summary

Chenega MIOS in Fort Belvoir, VA seeks a Product Lead / Scrum Master - SME to drive Agile practices across multiple teams within AESMS/JETMS, operating in a Scrum/SAFe environment. You will estimate work, plan sprint backlogs, lead stand-ups, and run sprint demos and retrospectives for a large federal project.

Requirement includes Scrum Master certification and US citizenship with a Secret clearance. Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication are essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR
• Highschool experience with 7+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Agile Coach or Scrum Master experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for reporting and deliverables tracking.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Teach technical/non-technical teams Agile framework concepts.

Responsibilities

• Guide service level program managers using Agile in a large program with multiple teams.
• Demonstrate depth of Scrum/SAFe Agile Framework at scale.
• Coordinate multiple teams in large-scale enterprise development.
• Help implement Agile in a federal contracting environment.
• Coach teams to achieve CI/CD and delivery goals.
• Assist organizational transitions to Agile practices.
