• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate team priorities, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track project performance, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
• Remove delivery impediments and promote collaboration across project teams.
• Communicate status, decisions, and performance information to leadership and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile and project management practices per PMI-ACP, CSM, SCM, or CSP.

The Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master leads project execution and Agile delivery activities, coordinating teams, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations to achieve program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
