Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is hiring a Senior Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master for an enterprise-scale eCommerce ERP transformation.

This hybrid role combines project management and Scrum Master duties to support delivery teams across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, delivery predictability, and transparent progress reporting. The role requires strong facilitation, backlog management, and stakeholder communication, with experience in Azure DevOps and Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of combined PM/SM experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master
• 8+ years PM/SM experience if no degree, including 5+ years as Scrum Master
• Experience in eCommerce environments and agile program delivery

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum practices
• Decompose and prioritize backlog items in Azure DevOps
• Ensure user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies are clear
• Remove impediments and escalate risks/issues
• Coordinate multi-team delivery and release readiness
• Support PI planning, sprint planning, and release planning activities
• Develop Azure DevOps dashboards and progress reporting
• Communicate delivery status and milestones to stakeholders
