Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of combined PM/SM experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master
8+ years PM/SM experience if no degree, including 5+ years as Scrum Master
Experience in eCommerce environments and agile program delivery

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum practices
Decompose and prioritize backlog items in Azure DevOps
Ensure user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies are clear

Position Overview

This role serves as a hybrid Project Manager and Scrum Master supporting delivery teams across an enterprise-scale eCommerce ERP transformation program. The individual will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive work decomposition and backlog prioritization, manage dependencies and milestones, coordinate stakeholder communications, and help ensure delivery commitments are met. This role is critical to maintaining alignment across teams, improving delivery predictability, and providing transparency into program progress, risks, and outcomes across complex, enterprise-scale workstreams including release planning, readiness, coordination, and execution.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies — Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives — and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and technical teams to decompose, refine, and prioritize backlog items in Azure DevOps, ensuring a healthy, execution-ready backlog aligned to delivery commitments
Ensure user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies are clearly defined and understood
Remove impediments, resolve blockers, and elevate risks and issues as needed
Coordinate execution and manage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams to drive alignment and delivery predictability
Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, sprint planning, and release planning activities, including release readiness and deployment coordination
Track project milestones, delivery commitments, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
Develop and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards, metrics, and reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
Prepare and communicate delivery status, milestones, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
Foster collaboration, accountability, and effective communication across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams
Drive adherence to Agile standards and delivery best practices to support on-time, in-scope delivery of high-quality ERP capabilities
Collaborates with the Dealer and Rental Systems PMO team and the broader ERP program team, including external partners

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5+ years of combined Project Manager/Scrum Master experience, including 3+ years specifically as a Scrum Master OR
In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of combined Project Manager/Scrum Master experience, including 5+ years specifically as a Scrum Master

Required Technical Skills

Experience in eCommerce environments
Azure DevOps expertise, including backlog management, work item decomposition, sprint planning, tracking, dashboards, and reporting
Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams; SAFe experience a plus
Project and program management experience, including milestone tracking, dependency management, RAID management, and stakeholder communications
Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and managing delivery against commitments
Technical understanding of the software product development lifecycle and digital product delivery practices
Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
Miro experience a plus
