Job summary

Power3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Agile Developer - Microservices to join our team in Annapolis, MD. The role supports an on-call rotation and focuses on Java Spring Boot microservices deployed on AWS, with Python for Lambda, Step Functions, EC2 and S3.

You will build REST services, implement CI/CD using Maven, GitLab, and GitOps, and contribute to agile delivery while collaborating across teams and with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS degree required plus 9 years of experience.
• TS/SCI Poly with CI poly within last 7 years is required.
• Must be able to support an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Write Java Spring Boot microservice applications utilizing AWS native technologies.
• Use Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3.
• Build REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects.
• Implement CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, GitLab and GitOps.
• Participate in Agile development and delivery of software.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
