Power3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Agile Developer to join our growing team in Annapolis, MD. You will develop Java Spring Boot microservices on AWS, optimize services with Python, and build RESTful APIs to filter complex data objects.

You will implement CI/CD with Maven, GitLab, and GitOps in a cloud environment, working in an Agile, collaborative team. A Top Secret clearance is required, with the ability to engage in government-related projects and security processes.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within last 7 years.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• 9 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
• Python
• CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, docker
• Development in Cloud Environment
• Experience with Rules Engines

Responsibilities

• Writing Java Spring Boot based microservice applications utilizing AWS native technologies.
• Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3.
• Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects.
• Implement CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps.
• Agile development and delivery of software.
• Communication and collaboration within a team and with stakeholders.
