Job summary
Power3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Agile Developer - Microservices to join our expanding team in Maryland. The role requires supporting an on-call rotation and delivering Java Spring Boot microservices on AWS, with Python used to optimize Lambda and other AWS services.
You will build REST services, implement CI/CD using Maven, GitLab and GitOps, and contribute to agile software delivery while collaborating with teammates and stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications
- Top secret TS/SCI poly with CI poly within last 7 years.
- BS degree plus 9+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Write Java Spring Boot based microservice applications utilizing AWS native technologies.
- Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3.
- Build REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects.
- Implement CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, GitLab and GitOps.
- Follow Agile development and delivery of software.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
