Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Agile Delivery / PMO to lead large-scale programs across business and technology teams in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program or project management, strong agile practices, Jira experience, and excellent stakeholder communication across distributed teams; responsibilities include

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience in Agile delivery within a Scaled Agile environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira for project tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating large,跨‑functional programs across multiple orgs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of large-scale programs and project deliverables across multiple organizations.
• Establish program objectives, target outcomes, project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines with leadership.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, impediments, and deliverables across the lifecycle.
• Define and manage PMO intake processes, reporting procedures, and program governance routines.
• Coordinate program kickoffs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and delivery checkpoints.
• Manage multiple projects at various stages of the lifecycle while aligning with business priorities.
