Barclays seeks a Senior Agile Delivery Lead - AVP to guide Agile teams within the Digital Asset Technology organization at the Whippany, NJ office. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and coach teams toward high performance while aligning with business stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with strong communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Experience as Chief of Staff, Program Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or similar roles.
• Track record aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, product, business, risk, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate events and ensure they are productive and within timebox.
• Maintain backlog refinement and support iteration execution to maximize customer value.
• Identify and remove blockers to improve team flow and collaboration.
• Escalate risks and shield the squad from interruptions to sustain delivery.
