Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Coach to drive execution across the Fleet delivery ecosystem. You will partner with release trains, product teams, and engineers to instill disciplined cadences, backlogs, and predictable value delivery in a regulated enterprise setting.

The role emphasizes hands‑on coaching, operational acumen, and mentoring of Scrum Masters and delivery leads, with periodic travel along the Northeast corridor for PI planning and key sessions.

Qualifications

• Agile coaching and delivery leadership in complex enterprise environments.
• 4+ years in IT/software, ops tech, or enterprise systems engineering.
• Strong command of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira Software and Confluence; Jira Align for program rollups.
• Active SAFe certification or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross‑functional teams to mature agile practices.
• Facilitate PI planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and cross‑team syncs.
• Identify and remove delivery bottlenecks and impediments for better flow.
• Coach backlog health, user stories, and capacity-based forecasting.
• Map and monitor interdependencies across teams and partners to protect milestones.
• Promote best practices in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align; track delivery metrics.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and delivery leads to continuous improvement.
