Job summary

I2X Technologies is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to support a federal customer in Washington, DC. The role is on-site and requires an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain SAP. You will guide teams through Agile adoption, measure progress and drive sustainable transformation across programs serving federal agencies.

Responsibilities include advancing team maturity, coaching Scrum/Scrumban/Kanban ceremonies, and navigating organizational change while leveraging Jira for work management.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years hands-on experience coaching Agile teams in complex organizations.
• Certification in ICAgile CP-Agile Coaching, CSP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent required or similar.
• Proven track record assessing team capabilities and driving improvements in Agile maturity.
• Ability to navigate organizational resistance and adapt coaching approaches.
• Experience with established playbooks and frameworks; government or regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team maturity advancement: assess maturity, tailor coaching plans, guide capability building and sustainable Agile practices.
• Agile practice excellence: coach Scrum/Scrumban/Kanban events, artifacts and roles; ensure principled application of Agile.
• Change management & resistance: address mindset and cultural barriers to transformation and build buy-in.
