Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Agilist to lead Agile squads and coach teams in Scrum practices. You will mentor Product Owners and Developers, facilitate Scrum events, and drive continuous improvement using data and feedback loops.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of business experience, 1+ year in Scrum, and strong coaching and communication skills. This role emphasizes servant leadership and building high-performing, collaborative teams in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

3+ years of full-time business experience.
1+ year scrum experience.
Experience teaching and mentoring peers/teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Coaching skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts.
Ability to resolve conflicts - strong mediator.

Responsabilités

Understand the Scrum Framework and principles of agility.
Use empirical data collection to benefit team and organization.
Coach Product Owner and Development Team in backlog management.
Facilitate Scrum events and activities; remove impediments.
Foster self-organization, learning, and growth within the Agile Squad.
Shields Agile Squad from external requests and interference to ensure productivity.
