Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking an Agile Coach/Lead Scrum Master in Mount Laurel, NJ. This role requires deep expertise in scaled Agile, coaching multiple teams, and guiding executive leadership on Agile adoption.

You will enable delivery across programs, coach Scrum Masters, and support forecasting and strategic planning. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Agile, 5+ years coaching at scale, and certifications plus experience with Jira and Confluence within a financial services context.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or post graduate degree required.
Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification preferred and 7+ years Scrum Master experience.
10 years of Agile experience preferred.
5+ years’ experience as an Agile coach involved in large-scale Agile transformations.
Expert knowledge of Agile principles and practices.

Responsibilities

Provide Agile coaching and guidance to multiple teams and leadership.
Coach Scrum Masters and executives to adopt scaled Agile practices.
Help teams transition to scaled delivery environments and improve delivery capability.
Lead programs within the function and advise on strategic Agile direction.
Support forecasting and annual strategic planning initiatives.
