Job summary

Main Digital LLC in Orlando is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to guide clients through enterprise-scale transformations by applying Lean- Agile and SAFe practices. You will influence senior executives and teams with high emotional intelligence to drive adoption without formal authority.

You’ll lead coaching, training, and mentoring across organizations, helping teams adopt Agile frameworks, measure progress with metrics, and improve alignment, flow, and delivery in a fast-growing technology space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile initiatives in software development and transformational change.
• 5+ years leading Agile trainings, workshops, and documentation.
• Experience with agile techniques enabling rapid life-cycle delivery.
• Experience coaching in Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, and scaling frameworks.
• Proficient with Jira and/or Azure DevOps; knowledge of Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps.
• Coaching and developing people to sustain behavioral change across teams.
• Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentorship on Lean-Agile and SAFe principles across all levels.
• Hands-on coaching of Agile teams, attending ceremonies and offering feedback.
• Coach teams in Scrum tasks: planning, grooming, stand-ups, demos, retros.
• Track Agile metrics and help teams identify and fix issues.
• Identify Agile evangelists to increase maturity across the organization.
• Deliver Agile training and workshops on Scrum, Product Ownership, and Program Management.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder presentations and facilitate working sessions.
• Lead scaling concepts to support business problems with SAFe values.
• Foster communication and collaboration to align goals and transparency.
• Integrate risk management and continuous improvement into Agile initiatives.
• Drive product framing, KPIs, and discovery activities.
• Promote consistent Agile practices to enhance value delivery.
