Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Agility Senior Associate to advance Agile and Lean practices across a large Risk Product portfolio. You will coach teams, partner with Agility Leads, Product Owners, and engineering leads to accelerate delivery of high-quality risk outcomes.

Responsibilities include guiding agile adoption, prioritizing work, and removing impediments to enable fast, reliable product delivery while fostering an inclusive, learning culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Agile product development or delivery with hands-on coaching across multiple teams.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum; fluent with Kanban and Lean practices.
• Experience with scaling approaches (e.g., LeSS) and coordinating outcomes across many teams.
• Ability to coach and influence at all levels with concise data storytelling.
• Proven backlog management and flow optimization using story mapping and empirical planning.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and building safe, high-performing teams.
• Ability to remove organizational impediments and coordinate capabilities across the firm.
• Understanding of risk and control concepts in technology delivery.
• Banking risk domain experience and portfolio governance familiarity.
• Agile/Lean certifications and experience coaching large groups.
