Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience leading and developing a team of individual contributors.
• Proven track record with agile methodologies and tools.
• Strong ability to plan backlog and guide agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Drive quarterly product planning inputs and refine backlogs.
• Manage outputs following planning objectives at product level.
• Influence stakeholders using advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Monitor sprint progress and report team performance.
• Promote product efficiency by backlog management and collaboration.
• Coach teams to adopt agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Develop short to mid-term operational plans with metrics.
• Identify trends and contribute to new policies and best practices.
