Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Associate Product Delivery team member to help transform ideas into value for clients. You will support Product Owners, assist with planning, and contribute to roadmap delivery in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

You will facilitate sprint planning, track dependencies, maintain Jira data, and champion agile practices. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential to delivering impactful client solutions and achieving OKRs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product delivery, product management, or project management.
• Experience using AI tools to boost productivity.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent organizational skills to track milestones and progress.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue-resolution.
• Clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning sessions, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate governance and cabinet meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Maintain accurate initiative/epic data in Jira and support roadmap development.
• Track dependencies and partner across products and lines of business to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor progress and report updates, maintaining Objectives and Key Results.
• Champion Jira best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered efficiently.
