Job summary

JPMorganChase in Plano, TX seeks an Agile Lead/Scrum Master to guide multiple teams in Agile delivery and transformation. You will coach teams and stakeholders, own end-to-end delivery planning, and collaborate with product, engineering, design, and risk partners to ensure predictable releases.

You will help drive continuous improvement, support governance requirements, and advance maturity of Agile practices across the organization in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in multiple teams with Scrum/Kanban/Lean methods.
• Proven delivery management experience in a product and technology environment with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to influence without authority and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated track record of improving delivery outcomes using data-driven interventions.
• Comfort in a regulated/controlled environment with governance touchpoints.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and shifting timelines.

Responsibilities

• Agile leadership and coaching for multiple teams, facilitating ceremonies and coaching stakeholders on Agile principles.
• Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution including scope, milestones, capacity, dependencies, risks, and release readiness.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives, metrics, and tooling to raise team maturity.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Risk/Control to align priorities and decisions.
• Establish delivery/flow metrics and provide clear status for leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive actionable improvements to increase speed and quality.
• Coordinate cross-team planning and delivery across multiple workstreams as needed.
• Ensure governance artifacts and controls are maintained as required.
