Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
• Proven delivery management in product/tech with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to influence and facilitate with diverse stakeholders.
• Track record of improving delivery outcomes using data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Agile Lead/Scrum Master for multiple teams and coach on Agile principles.
• Own end-to-end delivery planning, milestones, risks, and release readiness.
• Contribute to Agile transformation initiatives and tooling.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, Data, and Risk to align priorities.
• Establish and maintain delivery metrics and provide clear status to leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to speed and quality.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and platforms.
