Job summary

Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Agile Business Analyst/Tester to support CRM, Integration, and Platform Services.

This remote role requires ability to obtain a Public Trust, and involves translating business needs into technical requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinating UAT, and supporting delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business/systems analysis or QA in tech delivery environments
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with strong UAT planning and execution
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong JIRA proficiency including dashboards, reports, and workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and test scenarios
• Experience coordinating multi-team UAT activities and defect management
• Experience with SDLC processes and APIs/databases
• Strong communication and program management support skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and Product Owners to understand objectives and needs
• Elicit, analyze, document, validate functional/technical requirements
• Create epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process docs
• Write clear, testable user stories for dev and QA teams
• Refine and prioritize product backlog with PO and development teams
• Support Agile ceremonies and release planning
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Develop and execute UAT strategies, test cases, and validation plans
• Coordinate UAT with business users, QA, dev, and product teams
• Validate delivered functionality meets requirements and criteria
• Identify and track blockers/defects through resolution
• Use JIRA for requirements, stories, defects, tasks, and reporting
• Analyze technical issues and determine solutions
• Understand applications, integrations, APIs, databases, data flows
• Support end-to-end software development and implementation
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, milestones with RAID
• Provide program management support and updates
• Coordinate across teams to meet schedules and milestones
• Assist with release readiness and defect/addressing gaps
• Identify process improvements in BA, testing, and Agile delivery
• Maintain project documentation and clear communications
