Job summary
Koniag Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Agile Business Analyst/Tester to support CRM, Integration, and Platform Services across multiple workstreams. The role is remote and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
Responsibilities include translating business needs into clear technical requirements, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinating UAT, managing defects, and supporting program leadership with delivery.
Qualifications
- 7+ years as BA/QA Analyst or similar in tech delivery.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience coordinating UAT and defect management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, PO and dev teams to capture business needs.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
- Create epics, features, and well-defined user stories.
- Coordinate UAT activities and manage defects through resolution.
- Support release planning and delivery across multiple workstreams.
