Job summary

CRH's Pennsy Supply division is seeking an experienced Aggregate Superintendent to lead quarry operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and develop high‑performing teams across multiple plants.

You will oversee blasting contractors, equipment reliability, production scheduling, and compliance with company policies and government regulations, while partnering with management to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stone production and quality control.
• Supervisory experience is valued; leadership potential encouraged.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic math.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
• Valid PA driver's license; background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarry operations teams through supervision and scheduling.
• Oversee start-up, production, and shutdown of plants.
• Direct maintenance activities and manage planned shutdowns.
• Plan resources to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
• Coordinate drilling and blasting with third-party contractors.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain timekeeping records and employee schedules.
