Job summary

LTS is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI systems that reason, plan, and coordinate with tools across a security-conscious platform. You will architect scalable backends and reusable agent patterns while leveraging LLMs to deliver explainable, evidence-based results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years building distributed production systems.
• 3+ years delivering production AI applications beyond PoC.
• Strong Python & backend design skills.
• Experience with enterprise APIs, microservices, cloud-native apps.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications.
• Background with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, etc.).
• Experience with RAG architectures and grounding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems with multi-agent reasoning and tool use.
• Build orchestration pipelines coordinating LLMs, agents, tools, and workflows.
• Develop reusable agent architectures and patterns for platform-wide AI apps.
• Design RAG pipelines: ingestion, embeddings, hybrid retrieval, reranking, context engineering.
• Integrate AI with repositories, APIs, data sources, and knowledge bases.
• Ensure explainable and evidence-based AI responses in production.
