Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a hands-on AI solutions lead to drive the design and architecture of Conversational AI platforms for enterprise clients. You will guide onshore and offshore developers, craft bot workflows, and ensure robust integration with Bedrock and AWS services.

The role emphasizes practical development, architecture, and collaboration with QA/UAT teams to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Conversational AI and agentic AI platforms.
• Hands-on development of voice/chat bots on AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM.
• Security-focused enterprise AI deployment patterns and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dev team across onshore and offshore; provide design and architecture leadership.
• Hands-on development and architecture based on client requirements.
• Support QA and UAT teams throughout delivery.
