LTS in the United States is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer to build autonomous agent systems, orchestration layers, and retrieval pipelines for a FedRAMP-aligned enterprise platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience designing and building distributed production systems.
• At least 3 years designing, developing, and deploying production AI applications beyond PoC.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend software engineering.
• Experience building enterprise APIs, microservices, and cloud-native apps.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks and model-driven engineering.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP/security/compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build intelligent agentic systems with autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool use.
• Create orchestration pipelines coordinating LLMs, agents, and enterprise tools.
• Develop reusable agent architectures and orchestration patterns.
• Design and optimize retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate AI with source code repositories, docs, APIs, and knowledge bases.
• Ensure explainable, evidence-based AI responses traceable to sources.
• Build scalable backend services and cloud-native applications.
• Implement testing, monitoring, and MLOps practices for production readiness.
• Collaborate with AI architects, platform engineers, and product leaders.
