NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA, seeks Senior High Performance AI Engineers to advance agentic AI systems across the CUDA stack. You will design, build, and optimize scalable agentic systems, from models and inference to runtimes and evaluation frameworks.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and requires strong C/C++, Rust, and Python, plus GPU programming with CUDA and experience in AI systems, HPC, or compilers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent; MS/PhD preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in AI systems, ML, compilers, HPC, or related areas.
• Strong C/C++, Rust and Python programming skills.
• Experience with GPU programming and performance optimization using CUDA.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems for the CUDA ecosystem, including architectures and multi-agent workflows.
• Build data, environments, verification, reward, and evaluation systems to continuously improve models and agents.
• Co-design and optimize agentic systems across NVIDIA's software and hardware stack from models to GPUs.
