Job summary

NVIDIA seeks outstanding Senior High Performance AI Engineers to build the next generation of agentic AI systems for the CUDA ecosystem. You will work across the full stack—from training and improving models, to designing agent architectures and multi-agent systems, to building runtimes and evaluation frameworks that scale.

You will collaborate with NVIDIA software, model, and hardware teams to bring new capabilities into NVIDIA products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; MS/PhD preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant AI systems experience.
• Hands-on experience with agent systems, coding agents, or modern AI inference.
• Strong C/C++, Rust, and Python programming skills.
• Experience with GPU programming and CUDA or comparable accelerator platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems for the CUDA ecosystem.
• Build data, environments, verification, reward, and evaluation systems for continual improvement of models and agents.
• Co-design and optimize agentic systems across NVIDIA's software and hardware stack, from models and inference through kernels and GPUs.
