Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking Senior High Performance AI Engineers to advance agentic AI systems across the CUDA stack in Santa Clara, CA. You will design architectures and runtimes, and collaborate with model, software, and hardware teams to scale capabilities.

You will contribute to data, environments, verification, and evaluation systems, while shaping across models, compilers, runtimes, and GPUs. A strong background in C/C++, Rust, Python, and CUDA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field; MS/PhD preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in AI systems, ML, compilers, HPC, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with agent systems, reinforcement learning, or modern AI inference systems.
• Strong C/C++, Rust, and Python programming skills with solid software fundamentals.
• Experience with GPU programming and CUDA or similar accelerators.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems for the CUDA ecosystem, including architectures, multi-agent workflows, and orchestration.
• Build data, environments, verification, reward, and evaluation systems to improve model and agent capabilities.
• Co-design and optimize agentic systems across NVIDIA's software and hardware stack from models to GPUs.
